Klacksun has a range of ways to keep members up to date and to inform them of developments.

Klacksun Newsletters: Klacksun produces a newsletter three or four times a year. This includes a range of information about the network, local services, things we can celebrate and items that we need to alert members to.

Consultations: From time to time, Klacksun will issue consultations or questionnaires to members to sample opinion. The responses to these bring a broad range of feedback into discussion or developments within services.

Evaluations: Klacksun members are involved in facilitating focus groups which give feedback on what service users think of our service.

Support in Mind Scotland, in partnership with the University of Edinburgh has launched the report of the Scottish Schizophrenia Survey, 1 IN 100, to raise awareness of this much misunderstood condition. This survey captures the experiences of people living in Scotland with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia and their families and carers and the results show that stigma is still the major issue that people face on a day to day basis.
